Our History

The African Legacy Foundation (ALF) was established to honor and preserve Africa's remarkable journey towards liberation and self-determination. Rooted in the enduring legacy of Africa's anti-colonial struggles, the Foundation is dedicated to reigniting the spirit of pan-Africanism.

The ALF was first initiated by Dr. Moussa Ibrahim Gaddafi, a comrade and the spokesperson of the late leader Muammar Gaddafi. Dr. Ibrahim's vision brought together descendants of Africa's most iconic liberation leaders, uniting them in a shared mission to uphold the principles of justice, equality, and self-determination.

Our Vision

To create a world where Africa's liberation history is preserved, celebrated, and used as a foundation for future development and unity across the continent and its diaspora.

Our Mission

To honor and revive the memory of Africa's anti-colonial movements through education, public engagement, and community outreach, inspiring pride and action among Africans and the global diaspora.
